Brand and property marketing campaign for a stunning Art Deco building on the border of Surry Hills and Redfern. The idea for Cleveland & Co was to hero the era of the building itself, as well as the eclectic suburbs surrounding it. A simple brandmark, combined with a playful typographic system and Art Deco inspired illustrations created a campaign that sold all 40 apartments within an hour of launch, as well as setting a new price record for a property in the area.
